We offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all mattresses. If you don't love it, we will arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund, no questions asked.
What is the shipping cost and delivery timeframe?
Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States and Canada. Most products arrive via UPS within 3-7 business days.
Do Casper mattresses require a specific bed frame?
Our mattresses work best on a firm, flat surface such as a platform bed, slatted base with slats no more than 4 inches apart, or a traditional foundation.
How do I clean my Casper mattress or pillow?
Most Casper mattress covers are removable and should be spot cleaned with mild detergent. Our pillows come with machine-washable covers for easy maintenance.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All Casper mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues like sagging or indentations.
Do you offer old mattress removal services?
Yes, we offer an optional In-Home Delivery and Setup service in select areas, which includes the setup of your new mattress and the removal of your old one.
